3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account using:

• Google OAuth authentication, or
• GitHub OAuth authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Weather data is sourced from third-party APIs (OpenWeather)
• Predictions are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect

4.2 AI-Generated Predictions

Our powder predictions are generated using artificial intelligence:

• Predictions are probabilistic and not guaranteed
• AI models may produce errors or unexpected results
• Predictions should be verified with official resort sources

4.3 Third-Party Resort Data

Resort information (location, elevation, etc.) is compiled from public sources:

• We do not control or verify resort operating status
• Lift status, terrain closures, and conditions should be verified with the resort
• We are not affiliated with any ski resorts

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
